I hope BJ’s management sees this. The tire purchase was the very first transaction I had with BJ’s since becoming a member. Decent selection, priced well, and understandable that a future appointment was needed for install. I don’t have a problem with that. The problem I do have is both days I have been in the tire center (purchase date, install date), they only have 1 person working. They can’t honor my 10am install time today because he’s the only one working and he’s already behind schedule. They’ve been open 1 hour and he’s already behind schedule. So now I have to commit a good 3 hours of my day because BJ’s isn’t staffing this area adequately. This takes away from my things as the paying customer. As I sit here, I’m watching the 1 person working have to stop what he’s doing to come back to the lobby to answer phone calls or help customers who wander in. This is a poorly run operation and a failure of management, and it’s this kind of nonsense that may have me take my business elsewhere when I need tires again. Pre ordered tires very easy. Making appt very easy. Done in an hour. Did a great job. Employees very friendly.

Terrible service!! The morning of my prescheduled afternoon appointment I received a phone call from an employee asking me if I would like to move my appointment to the following day for 10am. I asked why and was told their work load was heavier on my scheduled day and very light the following day and they did not want the boss to ask why they did not have enough work for that day (Not my problem, and I scheduled my appointment for a reason to work for my schedule). I showed up 30 minutes early, the supervisor (according to his name tag) checked me in. He asked how can I help you and I let him know that I was there for an appointment and he looked my name up in the system. He pulled out two forms and marked x's on them and told me to sign them without explaining what and why I was signing. So, I read before signing and as I was reading he says it's just for liability. Liability for what??? So I proceeded to read and then signed. He then asked me for my key and I gave it to him and that was it. I was left standing there and asked if I would receive a phone call when they were done? He said yes they would call me in an hour when they were done. I walked over to the store and kille

I was traveling on Memorial Day and noticed that I had a tire with some metal wire showing on the inside wall, I stopped at a few places but most were closed and others said they couldn’t get it in today. I stopped at BJs about an hour before closing and although they were done taking in cars for the day, Bud, the supervisor was talking to me and went out to look at the tire, he said he would stay late if he needed to take care of the problem and put new sets on, I bought all 4 tires and they did a fantastic job!!! Thank you for taking care of our vehicle and making it happen when others couldn’t. Bud made a future customer out of me and my family, thanks again!!!

They were great when I was buying these tires. I was told just bring it in when it’s time to rotate, no charge. Now, for two weeks straight they cant get to rotating these tires. Not to mention, they are supposed to be open at nine, at 9:10 he finally opens the door just to tell me that maybe he could fit me in tomorrow. I will be paying someone else to do it today, and will definitely not be buying my next set here.
